Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – Solbit
Customer satisfaction is our top goal at Solbit. Please go over our refund, return, and cancellation policies.
Cancellations of Orders
- Customers have the option to cancel orders up until they are sent.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they are dispatched. You have to follow our product return procedure if you want to cancel after shipping.
- Due to unanticipated circumstances, we retain the right to cancel any order. A complete refund will be given in these circumstances.
Returns
- Within seven days after delivery, products may be returned as long as they are unopened, in their original packing, and with all tags and attachments still attached.
- Give our support staff the specifics of your order to start the return process.
- Refunds will not be given for items that are not returnable.
Refunds
- Only after the returned item has been received and examined at our warehouse do refunds begin.
- Following confirmation of receipt at the warehouse, accepted returns will be processed for a refund to the original payment method within [X] business days.
- Unless the item was delivered incorrectly or defectively, shipping costs (if any) are not refundable.
- The item will be mailed back to you and no reimbursement will be issued if your return is denied because it is damaged, used, or outside of the return window.
