Processing Orders

Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are calculated based on order value, destination, and selected shipping method.
- For orders above 299, standard shipping is free.
- International shipping may incur additional costs, such as taxes and customs duties, which are the recipient’s responsibility.
Tracking Shipments
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your product ships.
- You can use the provided tracking number or link to follow the progress of your shipment.
Limitations on Shipping
- We do not send to restricted areas, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.
- Due to size, weight, or regulatory restrictions, certain products may not be able to be shipped to certain countries.
Interruptions and Delays
Even while we aim for on-time delivery, unanticipated circumstances (such as bad weather, strikes, or supply chain interruptions) could result in delays.
